4. Service Warranty

The warranty is void if:

  2. Recommendations provided by our technician are not followed.

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

  1. Pets, children, and food items are kept away during treatment.
  2. The property is properly ventilated after service as advised by the technician.

6. Liability

  1. Pre-existing damage, structural defects, or pest-related damage that occurs before treatment.
  2. Any indirect or consequential loss arising from pest activity after treatment, unless covered under warranty.
  3. Loss or damage due to failure to follow technician instructions or post-treatment guidelines.
